Christina Ochoa is an actress, marine biologist, author and producer from Spain. Grandniece Severo Ochoa Nobel prize winner. Ochoa came from a family which valued both her artistic talent and her scientific knowledge. Following her extensive education that took her across Spain as well as Australia to America and then back, she has been an active educator of science by using social media. She has been the host for various web shows, conferences and has been a major keynote speaker. However, she came to realise that while science has been one of her passions, acting was her main obsession. She began acting in her spare time, after that, she relocated to Madrid to further develop her abilities and get roles. In 2008, she made her debut appearance onscreen in the comedic series "La que se avecina.' Since then in the series, she's appeared as a lead in several television series and on the stage. As a writer, she regularly contributes to Vogue Spain, H, and El Imparcial magazines. In 2009 she joined a member of Mensa.
